The computer system has been down. They need to let people know on the website or messages or something rather than go there to stand in a line to be told its down and has been down for a week and a half!!

There is a limited amount of people allowed in the building but there is no posting on the doors saying so and there is no seating outside. My husband is disabled and they made us wait outside the building with no seating!

After selling a car we came here. We went to the right end of the counter, DMV Select, and did the paperwork to get registration refund. Then we to the left end, Newport News Treasurer, and arranged for refund on remainder of personal property tax on car. In and out in 12 minutes.

The DMV select office located here was fast and efficient. Great service from the young lady behind the counter. I wish I had remembered to get her name. Went in for my yearly vehicle registration. In and out in 15 minutes.
