Awesome experience, they charged me double when I paid forcing an overdraft on my account. Requested the full amount plus the overdraft fee be electronically deposited back into my account. They ended up mailing me a check for just the amount charged, not including the overdraft fee, and didn't receive a letter/phone call/anything to apologize for the inconvenience.

Dominion has the worst customer service you call and they tell you basically the figure it out because my bill is about 90 too much. I travel for work so I'm never home and you can't switch companies because they have a monopoly going

They're real quick to shut you off when money's due, but they take their sweet tender time to turn you back on when you pay. Even when on the same day. They shut me off at 9 in the morning, Man left without leaving a bill at the door. I call my mom and provide over 200 out of MY pocket to have it turned on as soon as possible. One of'em makes it over here at around 5:45pm. Not only that, he was unable to get to the back of the house without access through the front. Our dog almost got to'em because of our thick-headed roommate let'em in without locking the dog up. Managed not to point and laugh as he cowardly sped off down the hallway to sound of her bark as I ordered her back upstairs into a room. The guy they sent to cut us off needed no help at all, didn't even knock. He did the deed just before I had the chance to cook breakfast. I have an electric stove, just to let you know. I had to eat cereal and left over muffins until Ma got home with some pizza. At least at that time the power was turned on and the worker was making his departure.

The worst and rudest customer service. Who treats a person who had stroke mean and yells at them? They charged us way too much and they refuse to work with us.
