My experience is always great when I go to Priority Nissan, the staff is great, especially with my kids and they always find a way to work with you. Just today, we had to get our spark plugs and coils done, so our engine light would stop going on and off. We didn’t have the funds to pay for the entire payment today but Cindy from the Service Department, worked with us. She found a way for us to pay for half today and the rest of it, on a payment plan! Cindy also was able to get us a rental car, so we weren’t waiting all day for the repairs and they wind up paying for our rental as well. This is the best customer service we have received thus far, and that’s why we continue to go to this Priority Nissan. They care about your time, your vehicle and also you, thanks again Cindy, you’re the best!!!!!

My husband and I have had only excellence in care from the service department at Priority Nissan of Newport News. They are consistently thorough, fair, and exceptional in their workmanship. Adam Harrison is an understanding, enthusiastic and patient service writer. He answers all of my questions with kindness. I always feel that my concerns are valid, and he accommodates my schedule every time my vehicle requires service. Eric Schroder is a knowledgeable, reliable and honest mechanic and our family appreciates his expertise and timeliness. We highly recommend this dealership for their quality in service.
I had by far the best experience here last weekend. Everyone was amazing from sales to management. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've had. They did what they promised and got me into the exact truck I explained to them I wanted down to interior color. They even beat the trade in price of the first dealership I was going to trade my car into. This is my second purchase from the Priority group and they have been great at every location I have visited the warranties and free amenities can't be beat at all! I tell all my friends about Priority and when I'm ready for another car they are the only dealership I'm calling.

I purchase my vehicle Jan 20, 2021. The Seller was Jelani Gaynor excellent business. I didn't even leave my house. I told him what I wanted down to the wheels and the price. He brought the vehicle to my house. Later on he even brought the paperwork to my house. The easiest, best process ever. Keep up the good work!
