Contactor beware this man is a scam artist. Do not work for this man he will not pay when the work is finished he uses stall tacktics and claim he lives in the moutians so his phone doesnt work. He is a liar. He lives in a suburb and does not contact you unless its through text so if something happens or needs to be updated you are left with no one to contact then he acts like he doesnt want to pay. He bought flooring at lowes on his cc and then two months after work is complete he tried to complain about his bill for the amount spent for the flooring any excuse not to pay. He paid for it . this man is a house flipper and could care less about the client.
