For months I was without a dryer and contemplated getting it fixed versus buying a new one. After calling around and getting different quotes I made an appointment with way cool. On the scheduled day something came up and they were flexible enough to fit me in the next day. My technician James, maintained PPE and was very polite. He explained the issue and was very knowledgeable about his job. He made fixing my washer look so easy but I guess that’s the result of being knowledgeable and experienced. My washer is now fixed and working great! Thanks way cool!

My wife and I are extremely appreciative of the professionalism we experienced from Angela and James. They were open, honest, and communicative. Charges to repair our dishwasher was more than fair. We will definitely hire Way Cool again when/if needed.
Way Cool and their staff were excellent from the time they picked up my call until the unit was repair. They were timely, professional, efficient, and good value. I would definitely recommend their service! Most importantly they made the wife happy. Happy wifehappy life :-)
James was very personable and upfront while chasing a hard to find leak in our washing machine. Once identifying the issue and solving the problem he was quick to fix it. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and showed concern for our problem. My wife and I will definitely recommend way cool to everyone we know.
Way Cool Appliance was very responsive to fix our dishwasher. Came out at agreed upon time. Maintained PPE standards while in the house. Got parts ordered and came back the next day to make the repairs. Will use them again in the future and I highly recommend using them for any appliance repair.
