Purchased a very nice sectional but took over 2 weeks for them to deliver due to all 3 trucks being out of commission mechanically. We had to call them for updates on our order and their vehicles and was met with an attitude. A very stark contrast to how we were treated before the transaction. I am giving 3 stars because the movers were very professional and polite. If you buy anything from them ask if they even have the ability to deliver first.

Highly pleased with my purchase, both product and installation. The installers showed extreme attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right. They didn't cut corners just to save time or money. I would recommend their products and install to my friends. Five stars from me. They did an excellent job!

I only put two stars because the furniture is great. The company and its service is horrible. They were rude and snarky and never called us back. We had to unload our own furniture and we had to go to great lengths to get the fee waved since we unloaded our own. We will not be returning to this company.
