CCRM is one of the pioneers in the fertility treatment field, We always felt safe and all our concerns were resolved. They care for their patients and are passionate about what they do. Dr Styer is truly an amazing person, he is very knowledgeable and experienced, he always answered my questions (trust me I had quite a few!) and concerns. The whole nursing team is amazing and compassionate, I especially want to thank nurses Emane, Renee, and Jessica and everyone else on the team, they made this difficult experience a lot easier, and they were always very helpful and understanding.

We truly can't thank the team at CCRM in Chestnut Hill enough. They gave us the most beautiful blessing, our little baby boy Parker Jax! Dr. Styer was absolutely amazing and was a huge wealth of information during our IVF journey. He was so much more capable and thorough than the previous clinic. Everyone on the CCRM staff, the administrators, nurses, lab techs, and docs were unbelievably wonderful. The positive vibes and genuine care that the staff showed us was second to none. My husband and I always felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Our questions never went unanswered and every step of the IVF plan was always explained to us. Dr. Styer's IVF treatment plan felt special for us, to suit my body's needs, not a generic plan for everyone. He presented us with the best options and helped us make successful decisions. My only regret was not coming to CCRM sooner! Don't waste any time looking at other fertility clinics, CCRM is definitely the best out there!

I cannot recommend CCRM Boston enough! After going to another large and well known IVF clinic in Boston, I was so impressed by the care, attention to detail and empathy of the staff and doctors at CCRM. I worked with Dr. Aaron Styer and was blown away by the time he took to get to know our story. Infertility is hard no matter where you go for treatment but CCRM Boston makes the experience so much easier in every way. We're so grateful to Dr. Styer and his team.

I've had Dr. Styer and Dr. Zimon for major procedures and my main doctor was Styer. Both were amazing! My husband and I are so grateful to Styer, he's so intelligent and caring, we were really in good hands and got success on our first round. We originally tried to go to FCNE just due to proximity to our house, and the whole attitude was just different. I found CCRM through Fertility IQ and had a good feeling about Styer. I did not feel like a number at CCRM and the nurses are great - shout out to Stacy and Imane!!! The team really made me feel comfortable during covid when my husband was not allowed to enter the office with me.

CCRM Boston seems to be a very busy clinic at least during these COVID times. If you're considering fertility treatments you should definitely reach out to them. But you should also not expect things to move quickly. Lots of patience is needed. So far, in our process, it has taken us since June from our initial consult to the first egg collection cycle was in early October! So set your expectations. But also make sure you're really clear with them on what your expectations are. They have pretty lax communication/organization. And it seems like the Dr. will say one thing that will often conflict with how the nursing staff actually handles it...most of this is scheduling and billing related. Just keep calling and leaving messages and bugging them. It's annoying, but it seems to work! I do think that they do awesome work and they are in high demand unfortunately. We have been very happy so far with the results...still in egg collection mode, so maybe an update in the future. Good Luck!
