There is a lady that answers the phone that is very rude. She hung up on my mother and when i called she was very rude when u asked to speak to the supervisor she told me no.
No one EVER answers this phone. It always goes to voice mail no matter what time of day you call or what time of the week you call. How can a person ever get answers if no one ever answers the phone
