I've been using Devaney Energy for 5 years now, and they have always sent knowledgeable service people to my house. I like to ask questions and learn about whatever's going on in my house, and the technicians have lots of information to share. Their service plan is worth doing as well.

We had a terrible experience with their “budget plan”. We were set up on an auto-delivery with a 200/mo payment plan, the payment amounts were never changed to reflect what we were actually using once history was established. Instead of lowering the monthly amount to compensate for this, or not charging at all when there was such a high credit balance, they wanted to increase the monthly payments. We decided to switch to a more transparent and affordable company.

November 22, 2020 Props to the Devaney Energy team once again, this time for the installation of our new Buderus oil boiler with the Veissmann indirect hot water system under the MassSave program, which has enhanced our home equity & quality of life in a big way. Their installation techs, Anthony & Anthony, did an immaculate installation; true professionals and very courteous, explaining everything we needed to know and getting the job done with precision in short order. And salesperson Mark did a great job measuring and specifying the right size; and then with a sharp price pencil, made it easy for us to afford what’s needed, while qualifying for the MassSave heat loan and rebate program, as well as Devaney’s complementary service program. Bottom line: with the new MassSave insulation upgrade we did in the summer, and this new installation, the house is remarkably evenly heated and comfortable. And, for the first time ever I’m able to take a wonderfully hot bath not possible with the boiler and water heater we’d been using, which had been installed prior to our major home addition 25 years ago. Yes, we could have had it done cheaper and we considered that closely. But it’s yet another purchase that I’m glad I followed my dad’s advice: “get the best you can afford and you’ll always be happy.” We are content. Thank you Devaney Energy. First Review - 2018 With all the games oil companies play with ew customer special pricing\ only to jack up prices once you're an ongoing customer, we've found Devaney/Acudi Oil to offer short- and long-term value with energy pricing and service. They are not cheap, but they are people of their word.

Once again the Devaney service was great. The technician arrived on time, was polite, efficient, and most impressive of all, he laid drops cloths from the outer door to the furnace room as there was still snow on the ground outside. That care was most aprreciated.
