The best part of PARKER is the DRIVERS. These guys are always courteous and very careful NOT to hurt your property when driving around my land/shop/ house. Just a good bunch of guys. I have been using PARKER GAS for about 20 years. ALL the drivers are very personable! The customer service out of my local office leaves a LOT to be desired. I will call another office if I have a problem. This is true if i place a phone call or go in to pay a bill. It seems like it may only be ONE or so , but when the call is answered, it's like the one person is "doing me a favor" to help me w/ a concern. Very rude and abrasive personality. Doesn't need to be in a customer service position. She may good at what she does, but interaction w/ the public isn't one of her strong points. This person may not even be at my local office anymore...that's how little I wish to interact w/ my local office. If it wasn't for the drivers- I'd go somewhere else. The price is within reason...nothing spectacular. The delivery drivers are what keeps me w/ PARKER.

Being a customer of Parker Gas has taken away any worry of running out of propane to heat my home. The men who deliver are very polite and attentive to their job. The friendly office staff is a pleasure to talk with regarding any questions being asked. My plans are to remain one of their loyal customers.

They’re always quick to answer the phones and answer my questions in person. Their online staff is great too! I wish there wasn’t a tank rental fee, but service has been great when needed!
