Skip the pricey salons and go to Hanna! She knows so much about all hair types, new products, and styles. She's happy to let you try some products and then the next time try others. It's also fun to be in her salon because her other customers are fun to chat with. I have very curly, and sometimes frizzy hair if it's humid, so it's hard to cut. Hanna definitely gets it!
I want to review and recommend HAIR BY HANNA in West Newton. I have been going to Hanna for 5 years. She is a top notch stylist, very accommodating, and on top of her game. She provides all type of services from colors, cuts, Keratin, Balayage, she has wigs and she provides waxing services, etc. She really tunes in to find out what the client needs and she also provides ideas and/or suggestions. If you're looking for a new hairstylist, most definitely give her a call. I give her two thumbs up and five gold stars.
I have tried many salons in Newton and Boston, but now Hanna is my one and only. My hair is frizzy and hard to blow dry, but she is a magician both with drying and the flat iron. In record time she accomplishes what others take much longer to do, effortlessly, and professionally. She gives excellent cuts, color, and advice. As others have mentioned, she always finds time to fit you in. A very pleasant experience. Thank you, Hanna!
Hanna is a true professional. A customer for 5 years, she does color, cuts & Brazilian Blow Outs for me and many people I have referred to her over the years. She understands difficult frizzy hair. Open long hours, allows flexibility in scheduling as she is good at fitting people in that day. Open on Sundays is also very convenient. (Closed Saturday). The shop is often filled with very interesting and diverse group of people who are usually friendly.
