We have never in our 25 years of car buying had an experience as easy as this! James and Justin found what we were looking for and there wasn't the dreadful back and forth negotiation that all auto shoppers fear. It was the best deal offered from the beginning. We have been looking, researching, test driving and talking to at least a dozen dealerships for 3 months. We had done our homework and knew what value was. We were impressed with the laid back approach James gave and not the hounded and harassed atmosphere most dealerships shove at you. From beginning to end this process was top notch. But I have to write this one because it wasn't just the dealership that made me feel like I was family from the first call, It was a certain person who works here. This person didn't stop until me and my husband drove off the lot with this car. Her name is Margaret Garland. She worked and worked until finally she was able to find us the perfect car and the best monthly payments and we don't have to wait 5 or 6 years to own it, we'll own it in just 4 years. Margaret is one of the best employees this dealership has got, even though they've got great employees, this woman made me and my husband felt like we weren't just a sale to her and the dealership, she made us feel important.
