I highly recommend using Pro Public Adjusters to help with your homeowner insurance claim. They were very professional and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. They definitely looked out for my best interest. We had a pipe freeze and our ceiling collapsed. They sent someone right out to clean up the mess and immediately started the claim process. They took care of everything and recovered enough money to cover all of my damage. Very easy process. Positive experience. Thank you again for all your help!

Don’t bother . Unanswered questions , unprofessional emails , no follow ups, lengthy process (6 months for small claim probably due to the lack of follow up), never told me what damages they ended up filing for after I asked a few times and ended up missing part of a claim until I caught the mistake at the very end stalling the process over again etc...Until it was time for me to sign for them to get a check was when they finally reached out to me first and actually took the time to spell my name right After 6 months . Better off handling the claim on your own and saving the fee or using another adjuster if you really need one.
