Purchased and installed new liner and wood stove. 2 months later, I have smoke & CO coming into my home where the stove pipe meets the chimney pipe. Scheduled service for 4 days later only to not show up due to snow covered road. Rick Soccio, the owner told me that the problem is because I am burning wet wood and it clogged my chimney. Rick stated if I provide clear access to my driveway, he will send a tech in 2 days. I don't own the roadway and isn't this why I pay taxes? Tech arrived thanks to massive amounts of rain that melted the snow and discovered that the chimney pipe is not connected to stove pipe as it was cut too short. No one called to put me on schedule, so I went to the Camp Hill store where I demanded to speak with Rick. Rick called the Hampden PD and stated if I want to meet him, it will be with his attorney present , with a recorder and only after I call and make an appt. Left store with no resolution and no schedule to fix it.
