The folks at Next Day Access were outstanding. I needed a chair lift for the stairs and grab bars for the shower to make the house accessible for my mother. More complicated by the fact that my stairs have a 90 degree turn. Jerry and Cindy worked with me to provide the best, most cost effective solution. I believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that next day access delivered on their promise it was a short turnaround from the day my chairlift was ordered the technician that installed it was professional very polite and was very efficient at installing my chairlift to help me to the second floor of my home in an hour and 45 minutes that's worth five stars I am a Marine disabled veteran 100% service connected.
