If you're looking fur a place to get your covid testing done, do it here. I just had the saliva covid, 3 day test done yesterday and my appointment went quickly, smoothly and in the most pleasant atmosphere you can imagine. Booked the appointment online, was checked in and ready to go as soon as I got there. Maria greeted me warmly and had me in an appt room very quickly. Next up was a cutie named Brandon who walked me through the test and check my vitals. Once my test was completed I got to meet Mac, the in house doctor who made sure I understand what the testing entailed and answered any additional questions I had. The place runs very smoothly, and even though all were wearing masks, I was greeted with smiles and warm care while I was there. It was my first covid test and I was quite nervous but my unease was quickly put to rest and u would recommend this place to anyone for their covid testing and urgent care needs.

We have spent the entire day trying to get through to the Cinco Ranch Next Level Urgent Care. No one answered their phones and there was no way to make an appointment online. I understand there is extreme weather going on right now, but my husband had an injury that needed a tetanus shot and he drove over to them to try and seek medical attention and even though there was LITERALLY no way to make an appointment they turned him away. DO NOT waste your time going here. They clearly don't care about a patient with an urgent need.

I came here for a DOT Physcial and the service was great and fast. Maria V. at the front desk checked me in quickly and was very polite. When I got to my room, Brittney K. took my vitals and she was very professional and informative to help me understand what was going on. And finally Dr. Bankhead performed my physical and was very efficient and also helped me understand my needs and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back for my future physicals.

Horrible customer service! Please don’t go there. It was our go to place until recent. We went for COVID test my husband sneezed and the nurse ran out of the room and proceeded to literally spray us with Lysol in our face. This place is very unprofessional! We then were charged for co-pays for every family member when we shared a room and doctor. This company is INSURANCE FRAUD and needs to be reported! When I called to discuss my bill the rep HUNG UP ON ME! Literally didn’t like what I said and hung up the phone on me! DON’t waste your time. Insurance fraud and horrible Customer service!

Awesome. This place is always fast and professional. Best part is the ability to check in on line so no waiting in the lobby. I have been here several times with family members and you can not beat the convenience. Parking out front is easy and sufficient for it and the other stores nearby.

I went in for a PCR Covid test and was charged an office visit. I have had PCR tests in other urgent care facilities and have never been charged an office visit. 180.00 is what they tried to charge me. Stay away from this rip off of a place
