Our Vision Next Steps 4 Seniors has a team of placement specialists dedicated to serving our clients. We have a social worker on staff as well as numerous experienced specialists empathetic to your situation. Our goal is to work closely with you to establish the “next steps” for you or your loved one. I am very thankful for Kim and how she handled my specific situation. She did it with so much grace, kindness and understanding. I knew when she prayed with me on the phone the first time I called that I had been connected to the right person. My situation was not a normal one, or maybe it was but I had conflicting decisions coming at me from someone who should have been supporting the effort wholeheartedly. Kim was there through the entire process including touring 2 facilities and always sending me information. Even though we did not place my mom in a facility through Next Steps 4 Seniors, Kim was professional, loving, respectful and supportive to the end. To be honest I was brokenhearted when a place was found by someone else. She truly has a heart and mind for this job. This is the place to go when it's time. Thank-you Kim and God bless you. Kelly went out of her way to find the right place for my sister. Her follow-up was amazing wanting to insure that my sister’s transfer to the new facility went without a catch! She even delivered a soft, cozy blanket to my sister the day after she moved into this amazing facility, Kelly found for us! I would recommend Kelly and next steps to anyone!!! In this Pandemic year of Senior facility lockdowns, I had to find quality care for my Mother and Father who previously relied on me for their everyday needs. I reached out to Next Steps 4 Seniors to help me in this endeavor. Kim R. was extremely helpful in researching different Assisted Living facilities that provided the quality care that I expected for my parents. They were both placed in a private facility that provided a warm and loving environment along with the meeting their personal everyday needs. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Next Steps 4 Seniors. In a panic situation they came through with the perfect solution. Kim Russell has been wonderful to work with. Kim has patiently worked with the family for the last 8 months to help us find the right place for my mother-in-law. The restrictions COVID has placed on us all definitely made this process more challenging! Kim took the time to learn what the family was looking for and exercised patience and gentle encouragement when the family struggled to make decisions. Kim made introductions, acted as a liaison and negotiator and all of her efforts are greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with Kim Russell’s service. She has extensive knowledge of the many different types of senior living options in the area. She saved me a lot of time by making appointments and advocating on my mom’s behalf. Most importantly, Kim listened and reflected my thoughts back to me when options became overwhelming. Kim helped me to hone in on what is most important to many of our loved ones/my mom during this time of COVID and isolation, which propelled me to restart my search that had fizzled over the fall. Ultimately, this same reason influenced my decision to move my mom from one facility to another. Kim was understanding of the stress involved in making the “best” decision and and helped me to realize that some of the stress is actually due to the sorrow of letting go of previous ways of living/family role pattern reversals. Although I have made many appointments and toured facilities on my own in previous placement experiences for two parents, I found working with a senior care finder this time to be a very positive and good learning experience. I don’t think I would have engaged with this new facility had it not been for Kim suggesting and encouraging that I check it out. She helped me to see situations/people from a different perspective.

She has helped me solve some very tough issues with my seniors in the past but this time she saved my sanity.
