Matthew combs and the staff at nexus are absolutely outstanding! Matt was willing to do a whole ProTune on his day off and absolutely killed it! My car runs and feels great and I couldnt be more pleased. The customer service is extremely good and Matthew is very informative and answered every question I had Leaving me with nothing but comfort knowing my car is in good hands. Nexus was recommended to me by another member of a subaru group who had been tuned by them in the past. From the moment I contacted them Matt has been beyond amazing. The communication, knowledge, and customer service is exceptional. There was a delay on some of the parts that were ordered for my install/tune, so Matt drove an hour the morning of my appointment to go pick up the parts that didn't get delivered. Dre took very good care of my car both under the hood, and on the dyno. The prices are very competitive, and the level of dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. I will definitely be returning to Nexus for future performance upgrades. It was more than worth the hour and a half drive.
