I love all the workers there they are very kind and courteous. The beds are always fully sanitized. I have never once had any issues there in a negative way. I will forever be a Maximum Tan fanatic. They are the best. Between customer service and overall experience I could not be happier

I've tried every tanning salon in Niagara Falls including the ones that have closed, and this by far is the best one! The salon is always clean the staff is always so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been to every tanning salon around, including those that closed, but this salon is by far the best. The beds are far superior to any other. Plus, it’s always spotless and everyone that works there is extremely friendly and personal. If I could give 100 stars I would.

So when covid-19 happened, maximum tanning closed without warning anyone (which wasn't a big deal due to the pandemic) but my boyfriend and I each purchased tanning packages at about 100.00 a piece for just a month. When they re-opened they only gave people 72 hours to use their packages or else they expired. Nobody contacted us telling us this so we lost out on our tanning and they pocketed our money. When I called asking if there was anything they could do to give us our tanning we already paid for, they said sorry but it's too late. I definitely would never reccomend this place. When we did go multiple bulbs were burned out each time we tanned and the stand up beds were so tiny, my boyfriend who is a body builder couldn't even comfortable fit inside. I understand this company lost money due to covid but so did everyone.... for them to pocket everyone's cash without us using their services is completely wrong ! We will never be back but I do advise nobody waste 60.00 or more on a month of tanning there for a place that can't even replace bulbs. Also the manager is rude and laughed at me when I asked about receiving the tanning we already purchased and lost out on. She said \too late!\ Ha what if i was on vacation for the 72 hour time period they gave to receive? They have no respect and clearly are desperate for your cash !!! I
