The staff was helpful but were completely under staffed. We waited 1.5 hrs after our check in time and only completed 2 jumps for 3 of our 6 people. After 2 hrs of waiting, we left to start home and did not get to do the ropes course or all of us zip line. Great place if they were staffed to actually allow the guests to complete the activities!
