I purchased (3) each custom “leaded copper” roof dormers from Grant Logan Copper for our new home that is under construction. The units arrived weeks late and are in a condition that is not weather tight and therefore cannot be used. (See attached photos showing the poor quality). Upon making several phone calls and polite emails to Grant Logan pleading for his assistance, he would not return any of them. I went to several other parties in the copper fabrication industry and they said the units were not able to be repaired due to the large gaps in the copper sheeting, the gaps were simply too large to be soldered. I question whether or not the pictures on his web site is even his work? Upon email correspondence from our legal counsel to Grant Logan, Grant Logan finally responded and stated that “he would not be doing anything” and that it was our fault as to how they were unloaded. This is upsetting considering he personally requested our assistance to unload them, as he had the dormers on top of each other in a rented box truck. You can see from the photos that the quality issues have nothing to do with how they were unloaded. I had to prepay for the units and have no financial recourse other than to pursue them legally which our counsel is preparing our lawsuit filing. This has been a horrible experience and has delayed our project, I hope that no one else has to ever go through such an unfortunate and stressful situation. Thanks James

I have used Grant's work for 3 jobs. I have always been impressed with his commitment to me the customer. His product is somewhere between manufacturer and craft. So, I think you get what you pay for and he gives good value. I've always felt like I was partnering with him on my jobs.
I was raised in the idea that Respect will take care of You but when you call and leave a message and then get No Response you tend to have Questions well I even emailed Logan and still no response I'm a 68 year old and my word are like any other Man YOUR BOND that is why this Clown gets a low grade from Me!!!
