Woke up to a back up on Saturday morning. Called several different companies and Noone answered. I left voicemails. One company called me back and said they could be out Monday. So I guess the emergency service they offer really doesn't exist. I called Chris and explained the situation. He said he would call me back once he got back to the shop. Of course I thought I would never hear back from him. He actually called me back and was at my house within an hour. He fixed the situation and even gave us advice on how to prevent future problems. I will never use any other company other than Bowen. They were the best I've ever experienced. Can't thank them enough. Lifesavers

I wish I could give more stars! This morning at 4:45 am I was going to call the office and leave a message for them to call me when they opened; however, Mr. Bowen answered the phone! My septic tank had backed up due to all the rain we just received. That wouldn't normally be a big ordeal except, my daugher and son-in-law were coming in for the weekend at noon and we needed to have our bathrooms working. Mr. Bowen told me when he got to the office at 8:00 am that he would give me a call and set up an appointment. Mr. Bowen called me at 7:30 am and his son, Chase, was on the way! By 9:30 am everything was back to normal! If you are looking for septic tank service, I highly recommend them...not only did they ease my mind in a quick manner but they were reasonably priced! Thank you!!!!

Called at 10:45pm on Saturday night. At my house 8am Sunday. Job was done at 11am that morning. Friendly, Polite, Professional, Timely. I can't say enough good stuff. Thx guys!
