I have been very pleased with Nightingale Case Management Company. They are always very prompt in answering my many questions and I could not be more satisfied. My 97-year-old mother is happy and so am I. My mom is well taken care of and I am very comfortable with her excellent care thanks to Nightengale.

Finding care for a parent not only takes time but it seems as though everybody just wants your money. I went through that with my dad a few years ago, before I met Mark and the great people at Nightingale Case Management. If you're a caretaker of an aging parent and you're at the point where you need help caring for them, I recommend calling Nightingale right away. The service and knowledge they provide will help you save time and money. Especially if you're having difficulty paying for that expensive care facility during this pandemic. Highly recommended!

Rosalinda and her staff are kind and compassionate. The owner works tirelessly to provide this service to people’s loved ones. Having an option to place a family member in a personal setting as opposed to a big nursing home is a huge plus. Especially in these times of COVID it seems like a much safer option for elderly ones we care about so much.

My mother was placed in a foster care home with caregiver Joey Galinato and case management, Nightingale. From day one both Joey & Nightingale's Rosalinda were caring, informational, and professional. Most of my interactions were with Joey Galinato the care giver and she was a Godsend. Very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Rosalinda was very helpful, in fact the staff of Nightingale was always courteous and helpful. Today, my last interaction with Nightingale (my mother passed), I met Mark and he brighten my day by being so helpful as well showing compassion for our loss. So, if you are looking for a foster care home, I highly recommend you call Nightingale and ask if Joey Galinato is available for foster care.

Nightingale helped my family when we were at a loss of what to do and how to get care for my grandmother. After speaking with them over the phone they made us feel safe and comfortable about the process. Once we met Rosealinda she was not only professional but made us feel as my grandmother was part of her family. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with finding the appropriate foster care for a loved one. They help you with the process step-by-step and make sure you’re comfortable with every part. They listen to what your needs are and are so educational and helpful from the beginning to the end. For anyone who’s ever had to place a loved one in a care home you know that it’s not an easy thing to do and it’s extremely stressful for the entire family. Rosealinda and her son Mark make you feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end. You really don’t have to worry about the little stuff in between and you can enjoy your time with your loved one. It was such a peace of mind knowing that my grandma’s transition into her foster home was handled with professionalism, Grace, dignity and kindness. They really make you feel like family and go the extra steps to make sure everything is great.... ;-) Grandma is happy and so are we! They are simply great!
