Terrible. This place is a scam. My friends and I ordered under 21 tickets for one of their events, The Cool Off, and decided to change it to only 21. Everyone expected a full refund, but they only gave us partial refund. When I called, their excuse was "this is the credit card company's service fee and is nonrefundable." Well, it really wasn't my choice to NOT attend your event. Your company changed the venue at the very last minute, and yet I'm getting penalized by it? For a service that really wasn't given to me? Your company should have issued FULL REFUNDS as promised. Terrible customer service, terrible management. Would not recommend attending any of their events because they WILL scam. UPDATE*** the company finally got back to me about the refund and issued it in full. Review changed from 1 to 3 stars. Still not entirely satisfied with the company because they decided to change the event to 21 only a week before the concert.

There was a glitch on their website when I wanted to purchase NYE tickets. I got a message that I exceeded the time and kicked me out of their website. Now I see they charged my card and no one from the venue or Nightout response to my refund request.

Purchase tickets to a hosting event with Bryson tiller. Worst experience, started at 11 it was 2 am and people were still waiting around for the host. They charge extra fee for VIP access but you're in the same line as regular admission and the security was super rude (kicked my girlfriend trying to stop a fight that whicky erupted.. Didn't even apologize.) they need to verify the events they promote before selling tickets. No refund or anything was given after the crowd even started yelling his name to see where the HOST was. they don't take responsibility for the events they sell tickets for even if they're not what it advertises. Be careful with your money!!!
