I needed a ride from Youngstown to Steubenville, my care provider arranged this service, It was a marvelous experience. My driver was Nick who proved to be a safe, efficient and friendly driver. He was quiet when I was quiet and chatted when I talked. Our conversation was far ranging from football to dog breeds. He made this hour trip enjoyable. I have had drivers at both extremes, from babbling constantly to surly. Nick was perfect. I will ask for him again as I will need a car service soon.

Cheap yes, reliable Nooooooooooo. New to having to take care of a loved one who cannot take care of themselves. So not sure if this is standard. But on two round trips to the doctors, #1 pick up scheduled days in advance was 20 min late. Return from doctors they sent a chevy cruze for wheelchair patient. #2 return trip was 25 min wait, after 55 min called and we weren’t scheduled, so now another 30 min wait. Great start up idea for young aggressive person. Start a medical transport company, with customers in mind.
This is the best handicap can service ever. It is a bit more expensive but worth the excellent patient care, door to door, on time, courteous and the owner Nick and Van the drop off driver are caring and thoughtful. They treat you with respect and being handicap is tough enough. I would highly recommend this company. Please give them a chance.. Buffy Sammons..
