Love the attention we get from the teachers and managers. My 4 year old son has a lot of fun here and we even got a credit for one class when my daughter missed because she didn’t sleep well.

Registered our 2 kids while we were working and paid everything on time. We paid another amount of money for future class, but due to the virus , they closed. Later on, we lost our job and income, so we needed every single dollar we have. We called them asked for our money back, that we paid, but they never refunded us the money. It looks like they are the only company in the USA that has a hard heart and doesn't try to help their clients. Every company in the country changed their policy during the pandemic, airlines mortgage companies and banks... Rules and policies are changeable when it's necessary, and now it's the time. It's not a good way to run your business. If you want to help the community and retain your customers, the first step is to help your clients when they have tough times, obviously, this is the time you show you care about people, community and your country. I wish there was less than 1 star review..

I registered my kids before the pandemic hits back in March but after the reopening they just start taking private classes that I as low income family not able to afford and when I asked for the money back they refuse to refund me. I think in these hard times taking advantage of low income people is not a good choice. It's so sad that I had to write this.

My son loves coming to this swim school! They place a high emphasis on safety and the teachers do a great job. The staff is super nice and accommodating. My toddler son has learned a lot about swimming thanks to Foss.

This place is excellent. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your experience great. They were able to get my son comfortable in the water and excited to swim......not an easy task by any means.
