After paying 3 grand to move in. Shanina tells us as we move in that there is a cockroach infestation!! This whole time I have lived here i have been spending money to keep roaches off of my fiance and my dog. Free utilities - as long as you don't use AC or the washing machine Haven't gotten any "free lines" No cable. No landlines. 1/2 a load of wahing per person per week. And she watches you cook, clean, relax then tells you the way it HAS TO BE DONE. I love paying 1500 a month to live like her abandoned step child.
