Last month I purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Mt. Kisco. I left with a few promises and IOUs that haven't been kept. I've tried repeatedly to contact the dealer to get my issues resolved, but they either don't answer the phone or don't return my call. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service. They are independently owned and operated separately from Nissan USA and, therefore, don't hold themselves to high standards. I left a poor review on Facebook and instead of contacting me, the employees of both Nissan of Mt. Kisco and White Plains Nissan wrote stellar reviews to counteract their diminishing scores. They are doing the same on Google. Most of these 5-star reviews are from employees. Just look at the dates when. They were all posted. They are not bright to say the least. Would you want to do business with liars and cheats?
