This place was horrible. every piece of food was absolute trash. Lo mein was watery and shrimp had no flavor. Shrimps were also cut in half to make it seem like you get more. Chicken tastes like frozen chicken from the store with a little sauce on it. Picked it up right when it was done and 3 minutes after picking it up and going to eat it, food was basically ice cold. You can't pay me to eat here again. And with the quality of food im shocked this is one of the highest rated in the area. I plan on taking at least 2 probiotics after eating this. Wish me luck

I don't know how many of these 5 star reviews are real but when I went the food was cold and it tasted like freezer food / not fresh at all. There is only one guy cooking and much of the food was premade, layed out buffet style where only he could grab the food. I have no idea how long the food was sitting there but he assured us that what we ordered was fresh (don't know why I trusted him). I wish I could give 0 stars. What a waste of money

I've been coming to Number 7 for about 4 years now while in school. The lunch specials are amazing and given the expensive alternatives, it's well worth a try for anyone who likes chinese fast food. For regular orders, the prices are great for anyone looking for a good meal. I've read other reviews about orders not being that great or food being cold. I haven't had any issues with quality of the food and I've ordered probably nearly 60 or 70 times from the place. Stick with the classics and it'll be great.

I’ve been eating at No.7 most of my life, from high school through the present and I’m 38. I love the chicken teriyaki and the beef and cabbage the best. For me, it’s the best quick lunch or dinner in Norfolk. And they have duck.
