We first visited to collect information then returned almost a week later to rent a locker. Both visits were met with professionalism and politeness. The facility was spotless during both visits. We met the co-owner and a staff member and both were nice. We look forward to working together for years to come.

It a storage facility with many storage units of varying sizes. It doesn't look all clean and brand new, but it does what it is supposed to do. Only issue I would like to see addressed is that they set themselves up with a 100% no contact check in. They accept all my personal and payment information online, but they still demand to see identification and credit card before granting access to the facility. In these days of Covid-19, along with all the technology we have, they should not be unnecessarily putting their customers and employees in harms way just to see my credit card and ID. Just charge the card account I gave you online and email me the information I need to access the storage unit that was rented. No problem.
