The place could easily get a 5 star if their broth could be consistent. And a lot of time you’ll walk into the place and sit down and no is their to greet you. You’ll have to wonder if anyone will ever know your there.. this happens to me 50% of the time.

This place has been a favorite since my college days. The food is always pretty great but the most distinguishable thing here is their beverages. This is probably the best place to get bubble tea within a 10 mile radius. Pictures here is the hello kitty and a simple lychee spritzer
Chose to dine here b/c it checked all the boxes for our cravings. They did a great job with COVID for sure! Unfortunately I can't say the same with the dishes. Menu is overpriced, and nothing tasted authentic. There's no way you can pull off having Thai and Vietnamese dishes on the same menu and think you can successfully pull it off. I'm shocked the restaurant has multiple locations. Please don't dine here and assume this is how vietnamese food tastes like. We wanted smoothies to go but after our meal we decided to pass.
I used to love this place, their chicken rice noodle soup was my favorite and their smoothies were delicious. When dine in was open my mom and I came here for lunch. We both ordered their chicken rice noodle soup and my mom found a bug in her soup. They offered to remake it but my mom was too grossed out and they refused to give a refund. Over quarantine I decided to give this place another shot, I ordered two chicken rice noodle soups to go. After I picked it up and brought it home I noticed they messed up my order. I called and they argued with me saying I messed up but after some talking they offered to make me new ones. I drove back to the restaurant and they gave me the soups but without the broths, when I went back in to ask for the broths they acted very rude. They only gave me one broth and it was half full. I will never order from this place again!
Good food just not really distinctive from any other pho place. Decent prices nice and helpful staff.
