My PCP prescribed a blood pressure machine with an XL cuff and Norco was able to fill the order after all pharmacies I previously checked with in Bend could not. The young wonan who assisted me at the front counter was kind and courteous and very thorough when I went to pick up machine.

Variety of medical and industrial equipment and supplies. This includes welding gases and filler metal, abrasives, and protective gear on the industrial side. On the medical side thy have walkers, power lift chairs, oxygen service, hospital bed, wheel chairs, and more. Knowledgeable and have been around for over 25 years.
I want to give a shout out to Chris Lathrop! Chris found out that a family member of ours has health issues and went to work immediately to get the correct equipment needed to make him more comfortable and help him function better. What makes this even more noteworthy is that the family member lives in Medford, not Chris’s location in Bend. Chris is continuing to help using his expertise and knowledge. So, thank you Chris for your compassion and commitment!
Wonderful staff! Pleasant experience all around, with a clean facility.
On an automated hold for more than 30 minutes, with no response of any kind. Don't believe there is actually people that answer phones, just another company with an unmonitored automated "customer service" number that goes nowhere. Guess they don't want to get paid.
Employee had her mask down below her chin while waiting on customers. If that's your thing, shop here and good luck.
Very willing to help and answer questions.
I called and ordered CPAP supplies. I was told that my insurance would cover to cost. The price before insurance was 359.20 for a F30 mask system, headgear and heated hose. Well I received a bill for 282.38. My insurance did not cover the full amount as stated. Not only that after doing some research I could of bought all items (same brand) online WITHOUT using my insurance for 163.00. When I contacted Norco they explain at the manufacture sets the price I find that hard to believe that the manufacture will set a lower price for one company and such a higher price for Norco. I only went to Norco because that is where I originally purchased my CPAP machine and they are consistently calling me to see if I need any other supplies plus they are local. I feel this is a little bit of price gouging on their part. I understand it is on me for trusting Norco that they would give me the best price possible and competitive to other competitors. I know now that this is not the case and I will be buying my supplies elsewhere. Norco had no interest in matching anyone's price.
