Thank you so much to the on call guy, I believe his name is Kevin. He's awesome to work with, and was more than willing to meet me at the hospital to replace my dad's portable oxygen tanks. This guy deserves a raise!
Matt Buck is an awesome technician at Norco. He always does an excellent job troubleshooting the problems with my son's wheelchairs and fixes them right away. Matt is a very accomplished professional at what he does and deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work. Thanks again Matt for keeping Aidan's wheelchairs running perfectly - we sure appreciate it!
These guys have incredible customer service. They jump to serve me everyone I walk in the door. They help me load my things in the car and always greet me with a smile. Every company could learn from them.
Will not use them again, my 6 week old child is on oxygen and our gasket on our regulator went bad and they said they would rather us drive 10 miles with him unattended in the back seat, rather than come fix their equipment that we have had for 2 days no thank you!
they need to inform customers of the difference between your cash cost and your insurance cost so you get the best price for you.
