Have to give credit where credit is due. After using another local welding supply company and seeing them struggle with filling even the most simple of orders correctly time and time again, we were relieved as a company to get hooked up with Greg at the Norco Pasco store. Not only were the prices better than their competitor but Greg takes our business serious and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I had almost lost hope that we would ever find a local supplier for welding and safety equipment who valued us enough to make sure that we’d be taken care of every time we called or stopped by. Greg restored my faith and I’m glad to be doing business with him. Highly recommend them
Outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate me with a Lincoln warranty repair that was within days of expiration. Loaned me a similar welder (in blue) while mine was shipped out for repair and even provided extra tips. Way better service than the guys down the road.
