Called late Friday needing a cpap machine replacement. Family just home from hospital and machine not working. Just being released from hospital for covid19 and suffering from breathing problems really needed cpap. Within 2 hours Sarah came with a new machine and spent over an hour with us getting everything setup properly. We are very thankful for Norco and Sarah. And the machine is a very high quality one.

I picked up my cane here this morning. They had a nice variety. And the man, I'm so sorry I forgot his name. But he was so nice. And he gave me time and space to check out which cane I liked the best. When I made my decision, he adjusted it to fit me, and gave me some pointers. I knew the norco was here, I just didn't know it was a store for the public. I have dealt with different Norco stores over the years and never had a bad experience. But now I know I don't have to go all the way to Nampa for something I can get here in Caldwell. I'm pretty grateful for norco. All of them. They have good products, good service, and they hire great employees. Thank you. Cathy Callison
I had just left the hospital and went over to Caldwell Norco. I had several prescriptions and really wasn't feeling good at all, I just wanted to go home. Romeao, nicest guy ever! Offered to fax my prescriptions to the pharmacy for me so I wouldn't have to wait for them. Talk about wonderful customer service!
Tried to get a script filled through Ontario norco store & Caldwell store. Nobody returns phone calls or messages. Took a month to get someone to put order in, then waited another month for someone to answer questions! Finally said screw it & went elsewhere. If you have other options than norco, save yourself time & go somewhere else. HORRIBLE SERVICE & DISRESPECTFUL TO NOT ANSWER YOUR CUSTOMERS MESSAGES!
My dad cannot sustain a proper oxygen level without the use of an oxygen machine. We’ve been waiting 2 days now for the norco idiots to show up and every time I call I get the same answer, “they are on the way”! How are these people still in business? They can’t even do their jobs!
We had to go through them twice after our son was born, very helpfull and polite. They actually delivered the products to our house.
