Norco has just recently changed locations. This new location is much bigger and they have a great show room. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are Very willing to help you try to meet medical equipment needs.

I went in frustrated with my doctor's office. Sarah at Norco calmed me down. She was so sweet. They didn't have the size of walking boot I needed so she made phone calls until she found one. Her manager picked it up in Blackfoot and brought it back. Sarah helped me safely to my car. I went in upset and came out happy and feeling like Sarah really cared.

Norco has taken care of our needs for several years now. Jim has helped us many times and even stayed after hours to get us supplies we ran out of at the last minute. If I call him and he is not immediately available he will always call back as soon as he can. He will also follow up on matters to make sure everything worked out. The rest of the staff has always been helpful when needed and the administration has helped us work through insurance and financial issues.
