Horrible experience, the lady was rude and very short; did not even allow me to finish my sentence when she abruptly interrupted me to let me know she was going to place me on hold. Refused to provide me with a quote on a specific specifications I had tried to provide even though I mentioned to her that I was willing to wait on the fabrication and build of the trailer
