I am thoroughly impressed with this business. I purchased a used dryer and something was wrong where the heating element would not shut off between cycles. I called Jr and explained the situation and, without questioning me, he replaced the unit the same day. That level of customer service is almost unheard of in this era. He really cares that you get value for your money. My washer is the same age as my old dryer and when it finally goes, I’ll be back to purchase from Appliance Express.

I came in on New Years Eve needing a new washer machine. Was greeted immediately. I really like the fact that the guy asked “WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE” instead of trying to be a sales rep and point to the direction of the fancy ones. I got a good washing machine I have used already a lot under 200. They were suppose to deliver to me 2-4 that same day and got here way earlier around 11am. They found my townhome quick, knocked, installed and that was it. Honestly best experience with a appliance store I will always come back in the future
