Went here for the first time for their Pirate Party! Such a blast!! There were lot's of beginner dancers and a handful of advanced ones. Not sure if that's a typical crowd or not, but it was a nice mix of people that were fun to hang out with and easy to talk to. Yummy snacks, good music, and fun times - easily got my 15 worth of joy. :-) Looking forward to going back for the Carnival!

I started taking lessons and group classes at Art Is Motion a year ago after taking ballroom lessons at another studio for a few years. This studio offers a wide variety of classes and truly has something for everyone, beginners to advanced! The owner, Tanya, and her staff have fostered a positive, relaxed environment where patrons are encouraged and empowered to try something new and learn to dance at their own pace. My instructor, Winston, is a remarkably talented, creative, passionate dancer in several genres. He is kind and patient, and he does a great job helping you leap out of your comfort zone as he shares his gift. This is a special place!

Tanya at Art is Motion is absolutely amazing!!! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure people know their dance moves and cares that people do a great job. She’s also amazing at adjusting to different peoples learning styles and willing to be flexible whenever needed. I absolutely recommend Tanya and Art is Motion to anybody looking for a great dance studio and lessons!

I was nervous about preparing for my daughters’ wedding. Tanya and her team did an excellent job choreographing and teaching the dances to me and my daughter. My daughter lives in New York and Tanya creates videos and worked with her instructor to bridge the distance gap. Most importantly, our dances went off without a hitch and we received many compliments, which is a miracle as I am not a good dancer. Thank you Tanya!
