Had a great experience working with this service for the first time today. From the start, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Our courier, Sherries, we EXTREMELY professional and went out of her way, much to her own inconvenience, to make sure our package was delivered effectively. The office we were sending the documents to from our firm would not accept hand filings, so Sherries went to the closest post office and paid for the same day postage out of her pocket all while dealing with USPS lines. She really saved the day since we are very close to our filing deadline. Thanks ATL courier for the amazing service! Definitely will use again.

As an attorney, I send time-sensitive, legal documents and we choose our industry partners carefully. PLEASE do not use this service if you expect your packages to be delivered anywhere near the stated time OR if you expect communication from the company when they fail to meet their quoted timelines. I have forgiven slight delays in the past, especially during these uncertain times, but today's experience has me taking time out of my day to write this review! I scheduled a pickup on 08/28/2020 for a package to be picked up on 08/31 for a 2 hour delivery, no later than 12 noon, and received email confirmation of the same. After 12 noon today, I realized the package was never picked up and after being placed on hold for over 18 minutes, being disconnected, and not receiving any call back from the agent, I called back and was placed on another hold before the agent told me someone would pick it up within 15 minutes (nearly an hour beyond the original stated DELIVERY time and, now, 30 minutes after I first alerted them to the missed pickup!). When I further inquired if this delivery would be at no cost and my account is in good standing, she inquired with her supervisor, Reggie Peeples, who authorized her to discount it to a \standard\ rate but no further, a savings of 4.12 from my quoted price! I declined and canceled the order and my account instead! As a small business owner, I would be ashamed to provide that kind of customer service to my clients. I am well aware that people have choices and I hope this helps someone else make an informed one! I have contacted the person who referred them to me to inform them so they can re-evaluate who they consider their industry partners going forward, too. I was really hoping to be able to continue to support a small business but integrity and service are EVERYTHING!
