On Oct. 21 2020 I bought a 2019 Ural gear up from Lisa. She Assured me that the title and associated paperwork would be express mailed to me the next day. Four months later and many unanswered/ return calls and personal visits I still have no title. They won't answer the phone or return calls from the better business bureau, the Georgia tag office or my lawyer. I am now the proud owner of a16,110 static display. If you buy a bike here make sure you have the title in hand before you leave. This use to be a great place. SAD
