Clean cars, quick and easy check in and out. Everyone I spoke to was patient and helpful. Only one person in the store at a time due to COVID19 but there was not a line and I didn't have to wait at all. Very good!

I made a reservation on Tuesday for Friday. When I arrived they did not have a truck. They said I could come back Saturday to get a truck, but it would need to be returned by end of day Saturday or it would be an extra fee. That means I would have the truck for maybe four hours rather than the reserved overnight. Another customer in the store had the same issue. You cannot leave your car in the lot, so you have to arrange for a ride or park at a nearby business. I highly recommend using a different company.
Please don’t rent budget of Atlanta, I’m from south Florida and never had to experience what I been thur today.. please do the please a favor close all of your budgets down ASAP
I’ve been renting from budget for years and this was my first time at this Jimmy Carter location and I will NEVER be back. I booked a reservation online and went to pick up the car and it was filthy. Water bottles in the back seat, a lighter and stuff all in the carpet. I took pictures also. I told the girl working and she tried to argue it without even looking in the car! So she noted it on the inspection sheet along with the right side of the car looked like someone had hit something. When I left I noticed a knocking noise. So I went back. The girl working then tried to tell me she was going to write an accident claim because I drove off with it! I hadn’t even been gone 15minutes! I argued with her and she then called the tucker location to find another car. She wasn’t wearing a mask the whole time either but there are signs on the doors asking us customers to wear them. She had an attitude the whole time and was so careless. I will be shopping with enterprise for now on thanks to her and the manager that was working at the tucker location when we went to get the other car.
Just picked up a vehicle and it smells like smoke and also have Cigarettes pieces in back seat. My son and myself is allergic to smoke. Because The representative Shalom didnt smell smoke and it didnt bother her she got an attitude because i wanted to exchange the vehicle. She was upset because i called corporate in front of her and she only calmed down when i mention i was recording the conversation. I been dealing with budget for over 20 yrs and i never had a bad experience until today. Im very disappointed and felt i was a bother to her and not a customer.
