Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with a company that’s supposed to be professional. You have to harass them every day just to get a call back regarding a service issue. No one seems to care about the problem or even attempt to resolve the issue. If your garage is under warranty with this company be prepared for the run around. It’s freezing cold yet they still haven’t fixed my garage.

There were several issues with the installation. The panels that fit over the glass section were put in the wrong order so that the design was backwards. He installed the new keypad in a different place so that there are exposed holes in my siding and rollers were crooked. I had to take more time off work to be here when the installer comes back to fix these issues. When Mike (installer) came back this morning, he had such a bad attitude I told him I would fix the remaining items myself. I know I was irritated about the inconvenience of having to take off work again because of his mistakes, but I'm not sure why he was irritated. I bought this garage door from Costco and I'm very disappointed in the installation experience.

The Pro.side is amazing! Quinton is one of the best! He works in the spirit of excellence, very knowledgeable of the appliances he install, and is able to move a 700lb Sub Zero refrigerator by himself. He doesn't talk much and that's a good thing as it shows he's focused on his job and executing it flawlessly. He pays attention to every detail starting with protecting the homeowners floors and countertops.
