Disappointing you spend thousands of dollars to improve your water quality, yet the customer service and service crew will do anything to say it's not us it's you that has the issue. Deeply regret spending such an incredible amount of money for good water for a few months. It was good while it lasted I guess.

As much money as I spent you think they would care about my issues with the system. Worker didn't care about how the water tasted to me, just what the test says. I wish I never paid so much money for such little caring.

Disappointed with the lack of follow through. I am a new customer with a system installed Oct 3 and it is still not performing to our needs. If I don't call constantly, I get no service and no call backs. Can't recommend as much as I'd like to.

I have been using this service since 1998 with complete satisfaction until the past few months. I have my delivery day marked on my calendar and put my bottles out on that morning. They bottles sit out there for days at a time because the delivery guy is so unpredictable! Then, he comes when it is not my delivery day for no reason. I call the office and the girl tells me my delivery day, but that does not seem to be when the delivery man ends up coming. I was happy for so many years, but now, it is becoming a big pain in my side!!!
