I saw an elliptical they were selling advertised online so I called(no one answered) so I sent an email. I told them my budget and asked about what that had. They told me they had a used treadmill so I then asked for a picture and the specs. I tried several times to come to their location to view the treadmill but there was always an excuse. They were closed, no one was available or they had a big install in kennesaw. I continued to exercise patience and work around their schedule but I needed to know the exact price with delivery included and I also wanted to know if the treadmill would come with a warranty. So I emailed my question about the warranty. I received a reply but they ignored my questions and just told me about their lack of availability. So I texted my questions since no one answers the phone and still to no avail. They told me about everything thing else under the sun but never answered my questions. So finally I sent another text telling them I wanted to buy that same day but I needed the exact price for delivery and need to know if a warranty is available. They replied they are focused on a big install in kennesaw and the delivery price would be “about maybe 150” but still no answer about the warranty. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and decided to just purchase from a real store that answers their telephone, answers questions and is actually open during their listed business hours. Spend your elsewhere!!

With the current state of gyms being closed and no idea when they will reopen, I needed an elliptical for my home that wouldn't break the bank. Was able to find one from DSI online, went into the office quickly to test it out, tried a few while there to pick the one what felt best to me, and made the purchase. Had the elliptical in my dining room two days later. Really appreciate the help. Rich was super easy to work with.

I found DSI Fitness off a YouTube fitness equipment review channel that listed DSI in the video description. Glad I followed that lead! Joel was awesome to work with and very attentive to the delivery process and communicating updates, shipping number and link to track the shipment. I got great machine for as good a price as you're gonna find right now, apples to apples. DSI took the care to well secure the equipment to the pallet, wrap and protect components. The shipment was a bit over 500lbs and was protected. I live in Washington state and had a flawless transaction with DSI. I would buy again from Joel!

Worked with Joel at DSI and he was awesome. DSI also had a piece of equipment that was difficult to get a hold of. On top of that I am located in California so shipping an expensive piece of equipment across country was concerning for me. Joel laid out the process step by step and guided me through it all and made it very easy. At the end he gave me helpful hints and tips along with tracking number to ensure everything goes smoothly and it all did. DEI will be my first stop when I look to finish out my home gym.

Richard and Samir at DSI(Don't Sweat It) Fitness in Norcross, helped us with obtaining our Life Fitness elliptical. I just can't tell you how much this means to me.....having my very own elliptical to bang out a 'sesh' on! I'm a disabled veteran and this COVID thing brought my workouts at my local gym to a screeching halt! In addition to the depression that accompanies PTSD, a new hellish level of depression set in because COVID is not a nice virus and I was feeling the sadness, among other things, of our 'community of humanity' affected by it, all around and in me. Hiking was an option only when the weather permitted, but did not give me the cardio high I was getting from my elliptical workouts! Richard and Samir are terrific! They listen, they answer every question, they know the equipment inside and out and they are genuinely interested in giving their customers quality equipment with a 90 day guarantee and all the heart that was evident they have as Truly Good Guys, passionate about fitness and what they do to provide good equipment!.....and for a terrific price! They even helped get the elliptical in our truck and secured for the drive home! If you are toying with the idea of getting home equipment, PLEASE "Don't Sweat It!" : - ) Richard & Samir will treat you Right! (I'd give them 10 stars!)

We just purchased a used Stairmaster SM5 from DSI Fitness. The equipment looked great when it was delivered and we couldn't be happier with how it runs. We had a very positive and professional experience dealing with Joel (after some not so great experiences over the years with sellers of used exercise equipment). We plan to work them again when ready to replace our treadmill. If you want high quality used exercise equipment then I would strongly recommend calling this company.

Awesome experience working with Joel and the team at DSI Fitness. We purchased two refurbished cardio machines and the trucking company damaged the control panel when they delivered the equipment. Joel took care of everything and communicated all of the updates from the shipping of replacement parts to making sure they arrived on time. We will certainly be using them again for our business.
