Uncomfortable place with awkward people. Came here a few times to see tiles and every time the same weird, rude and clueless guy made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They don’t know anything about running a business or welcoming customers. There are never any customers inside and now I know why.

We entered this establishment on Fr . 10.11.19. afternoon. There was one sales person working the floor. She was pleasant enough, but working with other customers. When we approached 2 gentleman at the desk to get a price on a product we were interested in purchasing , they were rude and dismissive telling us to wait for the sales person. Products and selection were nice, but customer service was horrendous. We will not visit this establishment again and we'll warn neighbors and friends via Nextdoor not to patronize this business either.

Excellent service. Large selection of tiles and floring. The staff is very helpful and they make the selection process very easy. Would recommend to family and friends. Provide high quality stone/tile/laminate for a very respectable price. Can't beat that. Thank you!
