Had a great experience with Jonathan on an extensive rehab/renovation. His team consistently went above and beyond to do things right even through some difficult challenges with the property. I was impressed that they always had a good solution to problems that would pop-up. Fair prices, trustworthy people, and knowledgeable about just about any type of renovation/fix. I would definitely work with them again.

They are fast to respond to initial inquiries, which is why I used them, but they are not very professional. I had them install two new doors at my rental property along with some other odds and ends. I gave them the contractor code to the keyless entry door, and they were supposed to lock it when they left, but they left the door open! Luckily nothing was stolen. I gave them another chance and had them take a look at the place's water heater that had not been supplying enough hot water for my tenant. They recommended I change out the heating elements so I let them for about 300 even though the price was excessive. I just needed the work done quickly so I paid that. My elderly tenant later told me that the technician that was sent out was not a direct company employee and let her know that the repair was a temporary fix, but it slipped her mind to mention it to me. The company never told me anything like that when I booked them. I now know after my own research that a 10 year old water heater should be replaced and not repaired. I think this amounts to a kind of malpractice. Less than four months after the 300 repair, the water heater stopped working again. I called a new company to take a look, and they recommended replacing the unit right away. If you use this company, do your own homework and research about the needed service, and watch them like a hawk!
Professional staff called in advance to confirm appointment for quote. As I was in urgent need of meeting homeowners association deadline. Once engaged services, it was well executed beyond my expectations. Any wood damage not previously identified were brought to my attention before repair. Recommendations for future repairs identified.
Handyman Services done correctly. After contacting 5 different companies I can say without a doubt that Fixer master stands behind their work. This was the only company that gave me a quote and did follow up. Fred the handyman is very experienced in all. The job was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I will definitely be utilizing them again. Don't waste your time with the others give fixer master a chance and you won't be disappointed.
Jonathan and his work crew at Fixer Master were honest and professional when it came to installing our deck stairs. They were up front about the price and worked with our budget. Weather was an issue but they worked hard and completed the project and it looks great. We will definitely consider them for future home projects.
