I have been a patient of Dr. Ngenga for more than 11 years now as my primary physician. I have seen other physicians and specialists during my time as well. There was a time that we ran into issues with billing. But the staff in the Lawrenceville billing office was super. I have visited Peachtree Corner, Breckinridge, Suawanee locations an the staff are courteous and professional in each location.

Dr Rachel is the best. I was actually about to leave Gwinnett clinic because of the experiences I had with their other doctors at a different location; but fortunately I hadnt found one yet and I needed my physical. I met her; and for once I didnt feel like I was being rushed in an out as another number, or because they needed to hurry and leave for vacation(yes that happened once, just shouldn't of saw me if he needed to leave). She actually check my medical records, asked me questions, and used information from my records to show she knew me. Literally am normally asked the same stuff over and over. The front office staff at this location was great. The lady who answers the phone and checks you in was very nice. They kept a patient

I have been a patient of the Gwinnett Clinic in Snellville for about two years. I went into the Peachtree Corners location recently and it was a pleasant experience. The Office Manager Smita is friendly and very helpful. The nurse who handled my triage was nice as well. Dr. Nguena provides great care and was very helpful in explaining what we needed to do for my care.
