On 1/14/21. The Vietnamese nurse was very rude speaking in Vietnamese to another shadowing person saying Im faking my symptoms when performing a nose swab test and not realizing I’m Vietnamese. Train your workers better. Will not come back to this place.

I came here following a back injury sustained at work. Dr. Huynh said it was sciatica and sent me home with Flexeril, Edidolac, and a desk work only order. The Flexeril had me so sedated that I couldn't even drive to work and had to order an Uber. I didn't even remember the 20 minute ride. I was unable to sleep through the night painlessly. I also couldn't do any of the desk work without hurting because carrying stacks of paperwork was so painful. Things got easier on bed rest until I finished the medication and then once again I couldn't sit or stand for more than 30 mins without hurting. When I went to a different doctor they referred me to get an MRI where they found 5 herniated disks in my lower and mid back, as well as a syrinx that they said was due to spinal cord trauma. It's been almost 4 months and I still cannot lift more than 10 lbs, push a grocery cart, or sleep through the night. Go elsewhere if you can.

Original Review: Came in today for an infection, wait time was acceptable, I forgot my insurance card, but they looked it up anyways, then when they couldn't find it they kept on looking until they did find it. I really felt that was above and beyond. Staff was courteous and accurate with the diagnosis and remedy. Updated review: It was 100 out of pocket without my insurance card. With insurance, it magically became 200 of which my insurance paid 75 (which was really a more reasonable price, the doctor took 5 minutes to do my blood pressure and was like yeah your thumb looks infected, heres your antibiotic prescription, deuces, no blood tests or anything). Now I owe them 125 and they have the nerve to keep sending collection letters but I don't think they deserve that.

Dr. Tong is the true definition of a doctor. a great and caring doctor. He always goes above and beyond to help his patients. Everyone in the staff is always great. Front desk and back office staff is amazing as well.
