Reckless Service, Rudeness and Lack of Respect. Driver damaged my car while towing it without reason or me being present. Tag was coming on the mail and they are not police officers, don’t have a right to tow cars away for that reason. Next day I went there to pay 175 (expensive) and take it out of that dusty place. Then, I saw the damage they did to the front bumper showed to them and they just deny it in a very rude way. 100% positive they did it. While I was there, another “customer” came with the same problem!! Seems as if they got a great business with some complex apartments. One of the drivers laughed and asked if I wanted to spend 650 in suing them. Very outrageous! I Do Not Recommend this business!!! Not even sure if their good reviews are real or paid for it!

Nobody likes having to deal with collecting their car from impound, but everyone at this facility was incredibly helpful, nice, and compassionate for a stressful situation. He even filled my flat tire with air for me so we could get the car home! If I ever need towing service in the future (and hopefully not for the same reasons), I would keep them in mind due to their friendly staff.

I watch Towtrucker aka Johnny on YouTube! He does a great job of showing us the ins and outside of the Tow industry. All the while being safe and treating all people, even angry near violent, with respect and courtesy. Thank you McCullough Towing for letting Towtrucker film his work and your cool equipment and flat nose rollbacks!

Towtrucker is awesome!! The nicest tow truck driver out there. I wish I could have this guy as a coworker! He treats everyone fairly. He’s just doing his job and everyone only gives poor reviews because they can’t read signs or have some entitlement complex when it comes to parking. You park where you’re not supposed to you’re getting towed! Awesome job, keep it up! Don’t change
